Dynamic partnered with the Louisiana National Guard to deliver modern, comfortable housing for military officers at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, Louisiana, blending durability with thoughtful design in a natural setting.

Our Work

Dynamic served as the prime contractor, managing every aspect of construction, including:

  • Site preparation: Cleared dense trees and excavated nearly 7 feet of fill dirt to establish a strong foundation
  • New construction: Two 2-bedroom duplexes (4,900 square feet under roof) built with stick-frame, slab-on-grade, heavy timber, and pre-engineered truss roof framing
  • Infrastructure: Added fenced electrical control yard, access drive, and parking for 10 vehicles
  • Finishes: Regional brick, eastern white pine timbers, quartz countertops, and maple cabinetry
