Dynamic is delivering comprehensive electrical and data infrastructure upgrades at the New Orleans VA Medical Center, a 1.7-million-square-foot campus spread across 31 acres and 10 major buildings. The project scope includes both new construction and renovations across 76 rooms—executed without disruption to critical off-site servers or ongoing hospital operations.
Our team is managing a multidisciplinary workforce of six subcontractors and coordinating across all trades to complete the project on schedule and in compliance with federal requirements. Dynamic’s responsibilities include:
Our workforce includes dedicated crews for electrical, low-voltage/data, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression, with Dynamic overseeing daily workflows, RFIs, scheduling, budget tracking, and Davis-Bacon compliance.
Working within an active hospital required precise coordination to avoid disrupting patient care. Through close collaboration with VA staff, Dynamic ensured safe access to secure areas, minimized workflow interruptions, and delivered upgrades without compromising medical operations.
