Dynamic Group was activated by PG&E to establish a logistics support site for crews working to restore power to customers affected by the Lake Fire in the San Bernardino National Forest area.
Within hours of receiving the notice to proceed, Dynamic mobilized and had teams on the ground the same evening. By the following afternoon, Dynamic and its subcontractors—AMEG, Phoenix Pollution Control and Environmental Services, Sunbelt, and Pacific Petroleum—had critical assets in place, including port-o-potties, solar light towers, pop-up tents, tables, chairs, a refrigerated truck, and a dust control water truck.
As operations expanded, Dynamic also provided meals, hydration, and supplies, including breakfast burritos, high-calorie lunches, water, Gatorade, and snacks, ensuring PG&E’s field teams could continue their essential work safely and efficiently.
The six-day activation earned high praise from the on-scene incident commander and PG&E logistics managers. Dynamic’s field team included Christy Hales, Dave Gonzales, and Dave Baldwin, with vital back office support from multiple Dynamic team members.
