Rapid, Reliable Housing
When It Matters Most.

In the wake of disaster, communities need safe, immediate shelter and long-term temporary housing to begin the road to recovery. Dynamic provides turnkey solutions that span the full spectrum of emergency sheltering and temporary housing missions, supporting families, agencies, and first responders when time and safety are critical.

Non-Congregate Sheltering

Non-Congregate Sheltering: Hauling, Installing & Deactivating Units

When disaster survivors require more privacy and stability, Dynamic delivers non-congregate sheltering programs using manufactured homes and travel trailers. We specialize in:

  • Hauling and installing units directly to family sites and community lots.
  • Coordinating utilities including power, water, and sewer connections.
  • Deactivating and removing units once families transition into permanent housing.

Example: Dynamic transported, installed, blocked, strapped, and eventually deactivated 1,029 housing units under a state-led emergency housing mission. With an average 12-hour turnaround per task order, our team provided safe, code-compliant housing for displaced families.

Rapidly Deployable Modular Homes

When communities face long-term displacement, Dynamic delivers rapidly deployable modular homes that combine the speed of temporary housing with the durability of permanent construction.

Example: After the 2023 Maui wildfires, Dynamic delivered 109 modular homes as part of FEMA’s Kilohana Group Site. In just four months, our team managed the design, manufacturing, transport, and installation of homes shipped by 91 truckloads, three barges, and five ocean liners. Each unit was fully furnished, code-compliant, and equipped with solar water heaters, providing resilient, energy-efficient housing for families who lost everything.

This project demonstrated Dynamic’s ability to mobilize nationally, coordinate complex logistics, and deliver high-quality housing at scale—a capability that sets us apart in emergency recovery missions.

Group Site Construction

For larger populations, Dynamic builds temporary housing group sites from the ground up. Services include site clearing, foundations, road building, and full utility installation, as well as community features such as fencing, mailbox centers, and bus stops. Our expertise ensures compliance with FEMA and USACE specifications, while our partnerships with local vendors and subcontractors accelerate recovery efforts and support local economies.

Emergency Roofing Repairs

Dynamic has repeatedly delivered rapid roofing repairs through USACE’s Operation Blue Roof mission, protecting families and stabilizing homes immediately after hurricanes.

Example: After Hurricane Ida, Dynamic partnered with USACE to complete 8,292 roof repairs in just 42 days. By securing logistics early and enforcing strict safety protocols, we exceeded federal goals—peaking at 478 installations in a single day with zero major safety incidents.
