When Hurricanes Laura and Delta struck Louisiana in 2020, McNeese State University in Lake Charles sustained more than $125 million in damages<\/strong>, placing the education of 7,300 students at risk. The university and state agencies prioritized reconstruction so the campus could reopen for the 2021 school year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Immediately upon verbal award\u2014one day before the official notice to proceed\u2014the Dynamic team mobilized using pre-established deployment plans. Within 72 hours, we staffed the site with project managers, superintendents, six subcontractor teams, and skilled tradespeople. At peak, more than 150 personnel<\/strong> worked simultaneously to execute repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dynamic led the restoration of one of the university\u2019s primary quadrants, repairing six major buildings totaling 350,000 square feet<\/strong>.
