Our Impact

Character & Leadership

We strive to empower every club member with the confidence and skills to lead at school, at home, and throughout their community. We create opportunities for members to take on responsibilities, make meaningful decisions, and learn through guidance and example what it means to be responsible, caring, and contributing citizens. Current statistics reflect the following:

100%

of teens have not been arrested in the past 12 months

56%

abstain from fighting when dealing with conflict

60%

of teens volunteer in their community at least once a year

  • Youth of the Year: Lead, Succeed, Inspire

  • Keystone: The Ultimate Teen Program

Providing opportunities for teen members to participate, both in and out of the Club, in activities in three focus areas: academic success, career preparation and community service.

  • Torch Club

Meeting the special character development needs of 11-13-year-olds through lessons on electing officers and working together to implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community, education, health and fitness and social recreation.
